Each piece is made to order and fulfilled through Printful. Allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact tempotimechi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos. Verified issues are replaced at no additional cost.
