The Standard of Craft

At House of Tempo, every piece is created with intention. Our garments are printed to order, ensuring precision and eliminating unnecessary waste. Because each item is produced specifically for you at the moment your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. We ask that you carefully review our sizing guides before securing your piece.

Flaws in the Press

We hold our production partners to the highest standards. If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage incurred during transit, we will make it right. Please contact us at tempotimechi@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
